Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here is what happens if you need to cancel a stay booked on our website. Each dome has its own policy, and the times below are based on the 4:00 PM check-in time in PEI.

Flexible policy

Birchwood Meadow & Harbor Haven

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in (4:00 PM).
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before check-in and the first night is non-refundable. The remaining nights are refunded.
  • No refund for a no-show or for nights after you check in.

Firm policy

Gatherwood Retreat

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
  • No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, or for a no-show.

Rather move your dates?

Contact us before your check-in and we will do our best to move your stay to another available date instead of cancelling.

Booked on Airbnb or Booking.com?

Your booking follows that platform's cancellation policy, shown in your confirmation. Cancel through the platform you booked on.

How refunds are paid
